As a result, seven of the accused leaders are charged with charges such as ‘conspiracy’ by the hostile government of Nixon, including Bobby Seal of the Black Panthers, who was not involved in the incident. An unfair trial follows, presided over by Judge Hoffmann (unrelated) and followed by the reluctant but obligated Richard Schultz.
