Freemium Music for Almost All Spotify is a free streaming app that aims to bring great music to everyone. Although the music, songs, podcasts and bands it offers are not exhaustive, the variety of music and platforms that make it available almost anywhere you go make Spotify the king of music (function () {(‘review-app-page-desktop-desktop’);} ); Constant access to your favorite music Since its launch, Spotify has slowly and continuously taken over the world of music streaming. With more than 50 million songs and 217 million users, the reason is its popularity: it is available for various attractive platforms (Windows, Windows 10, Mac, tablets, iPhone, Android, car systems, PlayStation, Xbox, TV and web applications), has more premium plans as well as a free version, and offers a wide range of selected music, as choosing between those 50 million songs becomes a big challenge. How do I listen to Spotify on my computer? Listening to Spotify on your computer is easy. In Windows, you can download Spotify .eke or install the version from the Microsoft Store. The download and installation process is simple and straightforward. Once started, you will need to log in, either with a password or a Facebook account. Is Spotify free? Spotify is freemium, which means that the basic version is free with ads (similar to YouTube and YouTube Premium), and you have to listen to music in random mode. There are a number of premium options, including one for families and students. There is also a generous three-month trial period. How it looks? Spotify is a good application to work with, although the interface is quite crowded. This is not entirely surprising: there is a lot of information they need to fit in. On the left you will find 3 main tabs: Home, Browse and Radio. In the house, you will find songs and playlists that you have recently listened to, as well as edited playlists and Spotify suggestions. Navigation allows you to do exactly what you might expect: explore all the optionsSpotify by filtering by type (podcasts, genres, lists, new releases, concerts, etc.) Finally, the last tab allows you to listen to a radio whose music selection is based on type, but you didn’t actually choose to listen, similar to a traditional themed radio station. There are several versions of these options, depending on your musical taste and things that Spotify AI thinks you might like. Browsing Spotify doesn’t end there. Under the three main tabs you will find a library and playlists, as well as the ability to add a new playlist. When you select a sound to play, it will be displayed in the main part of the screen with control options (play, pause, skip, etc.) in the bottom bar. Below this bottom bar you will also find the option to switch to another device. Right-clicking on any option will give you many more options, especially when you click on a song or playlist. There are many smaller Spotify features that are useful, such as the ability to align songs, share songs, and some quick shortcuts associated with a playlist. Customizing the Spotify experience By accessing the settings under your name in the top bar, you will be able to customize the way you use Spotify. This is the part of Spotify that inevitably gets the most complaints – most of the settings you can make are related to how the app works, how it looks and how it treats other Spotify users. You don’t have much control over the actual music playback, although you can make a few small settings (and configure the proxy server) by clicking Show advanced settings. For most, Spotify is the music you play. If you’re the type of person who likes to have a lot of control over their music, then this last point, the lack of playback adjustment, is probably a break. That said, if you’re such a person, Spotify isn’t really for you. Between playback options and until recently the lack of certain artists in the application (althoughis a number that has been drastically reduced lately), Spotify is aimed at the casual music listener, and not at the true music lover. If you’re a lover, you’ll probably be happier playing your own music with a highly customizable app like VLC or Winamp. However, if you fall into the category of random listeners, Spotify is an unavoidable application, like Google Play music or Apple Music on Android, in terms of ease of use and a variety of music. He works perfectly and manages to produce music (mostly) anywhere and anytime. For many, it is the perfect music application for the modern world.
